Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy describes how ADMIND INC ("ADMIND," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information in connection with the public DealCoupons website (the "Service") and communications sent to us.
ADMIND INC operates DealCoupons and is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. This policy does not apply to a retailer, service provider or other third party that operates under its own privacy policy, even when the Service links to that third party.
DealCoupons does not currently provide public user accounts, process purchases, store payment card information or operate an email subscription service.
Personal information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Service and may include the following categories:
Information you provide directly
- Contact information, such as your name, email address and organization, if you include them in a message.
- Communication content, such as a correction request, privacy request, partnership inquiry and any attachments or other information you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
- Device and network information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system and general location inferred from an IP address.
- Usage and diagnostic information, such as requested pages, referring and exit pages, access dates and times, search terms entered on the Service, interactions with offers or outbound links, error reports and security events.
- Browser storage information, such as preferences saved to cookies, local storage or similar technologies when those features are used.
Sources of information
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from vendors that help us host, secure, diagnose or measure the Service. We may also receive the address of a third-party page that referred you to DealCoupons.
We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information. Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information by email.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information for the following business and operational purposes:
- Provide, maintain and improve the Service and its public content.
- Respond to messages, investigate reported coupon issues and process privacy requests.
- Understand site traffic and how visitors use pages, searches, offers and outbound links.

- Enforce our Terms of Use and protect our rights, users and the public.

We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it can no longer reasonably identify or be linked to you. We may use and disclose that information for lawful purposes and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.
How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Service providers. Vendors may process information on our behalf for hosting, security, diagnostics, analytics, communications and professional services. They are authorized to use the information only for the services they provide to us or as required by law.
- Legal and safety matters. We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process or a valid governmental request, or is reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, security or safety.
- Business transfers. Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets or similar transaction. A recipient will be subject to confidentiality obligations and applicable law.
- At your direction. We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
DealCoupons does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by California law.
We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Because we do not engage in these practices, we do not currently offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required opt-out methods before the change applies.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing and securing the Service, responding to communications, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, why it was collected, the sensitivity of the information and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information about you. You may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision concerning a request.
To submit a request, email contact@admind-ai.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will use verification information only to process the request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require proof that you authorized the agent and may ask you to verify your identity directly. We may deny or limit a request when an exception applies, when we cannot verify the request or when the law otherwise permits us to do so.
California privacy rights
If and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), applies to us and your information, California residents may request that we:
- Disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about them, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of recipients.
- Delete personal information we collected from them, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about them.
- Honor a request to opt out of sale or sharing, if we engage in those practices in the future.
For CCPA notice-at-collection purposes, the information described in Section 2 may include identifiers and internet or other electronic network activity information. We collect those categories from the sources described in Section 2, use them for the purposes described in Section 3, disclose them to the recipients described in Section 5, and retain them as described in Section 7. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under the CCPA.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable CCPA right. Submit a California privacy request using the email process in Section 8. If our practices change in a way that requires recognizing opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, we will process those signals as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
DealCoupons is intended for a general shopping audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
Third-party links and U.S. processing
The Service links to retailers and other third parties that we do not control. Their privacy policies and practices govern information they collect, including information collected after you follow a link. Review the applicable third party's terms and privacy policy before providing personal information or completing a transaction.
DealCoupons is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We will use safeguards required by applicable law for any regulated international transfer.
Changes to this policy and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
